Trainee Manager programme launched
The Spires are delighted to welcome on board three new Trainee Managers : Kelly Hughes, Chris Davies and Alastair Macdonald. Chris Davies said he wanted to join The Spires as he "...wanted the chance to work in an environment where high standards of performance are both encouraged and rewarded".
Development of
the management team was seen as critical due to the company’s recent
expansion and future growth plans. To this end a Trainee Manager programme
has been introduced with the dual aims of ensuring that the new trainees all
benefit from a consistent training experience and are also given every
opportunity to develop their careers within The Spires taking due
consideration of their particular talents.
