If you have made a reservation on a flexible basis you can change or cancel the booking up to 24 hours before arrival without charge.
Advance Purchase Rates
If you have taken advantage of our discounted advance purchase rates that normally cannot be modified or cancelled, we have taken the decision to allow these to be changed to a later date up to the 31st December 2020 subject to availability (please be aware that a rate change may apply). Modifications to advance purchase rates can be made up to 3 days before your arrival date while the uncertainty continues.

If you have booked through an on-line travel agent, we advise you to contact them directly to seek advice on how they are dealing with this situation.
